W.A.N.A.

W.A.N.A., acronym for We Are Not Alone, is a protection system designed for users of public transport.

The project was created to combat harassment and bullying on public transport by giving the possibility, especially to those who do not have the strength, to be able to report dangerous situations in real and immediate time.

This system will not be the solution to harassment but it helps in the protection and awareness of this issue.

Bluetooth wireless communications are presented as a means of creating a fast local network independent of any other connection. This free technology is found in every mobile device, so it is excellent for communicating a danger and soliciting the attention of nearby people.

This technology is effective accompanied by a targeted awareness campaign.

W.A.N.A. it makes no distinction as to who uses the system and is based solely on the protection of users.
